Can walls be moved in an apartment?
Non-structural ones, yes — and we verify which is which before promising anything. If your plans touch structure, we tell you honestly what that involves before a single wall comes down.
What working hours do you keep on site?
Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00 and Sat 09:00–14:00, always within your building's community rules — noisy work is scheduled inside the hours the community allows, and the site plan is agreed in writing before we start.
Can I run the renovation from abroad?
Yes — many of our clients are not in Valencia while we work. The quote, the schedule, photo reports as each stage closes and the documented handover all run by message, with one named lead engineer answering for the whole project.
