What does the design pack contain?
A buildable pack: measured drawings, layout design, finish schedules, systems decisions, an itemised budget and a realistic programme — the document set that makes quotes comparable and projects calm.
Do I need this for a small renovation?
Honestly, not always — a single bathroom or kitchen can go straight to quotation. Whole homes, layout changes and two-owner households repay planning many times over.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Gladly — we translate creative intent into buildable sequence and honest numbers, and flag buildability issues while they're still lines on paper.
Can the whole design phase run by message?
Yes — brief, layout options, finish schedules and the budget all travel by WhatsApp or email in English, Spanish or Russian. Many of our clients approve the entire pack from abroad before ever visiting the site.
