What happens after I send the form?
An engineer — not a call centre — reads your message, looks at the photos and replies in writing with what the work involves, the starting price and the next step. Usually the same working day.
Will you call me?
Only if you ask us to. The default is written replies by WhatsApp or email — clearer for everyone, and you keep a record of every figure.
What details help you reply faster?
Your municipality, the rough m², photos of the space and what you want changed. Plans help if you have them, but they're not required to start.
When do you answer messages?
Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working day. Renovations are scheduled work, so there is no emergency call-out line.
