Home/Renovation Services/House & Villa Renovation
Renovation · Houses & villas
House and villa renovation in Valencia — one team, one contract, one finished home.
Walls, systems, finishes and joinery — sequenced by one lead engineer under one written contract, from €440/m². You watch a home appear, not a queue of subcontractors.
In plain terms
A renovation is a hundred trades pretending to be one.
The difference between a calm renovation and a famous disaster is sequencing: demolition before systems, systems before screeds, screeds before finishes — each trade arriving when the last one truly finished. That choreography is what you actually hire us for, and it arrives in writing before the first wall comes down.

Questions, answered
House and villa renovation in Valencia — asked before starting.
How much does a full house renovation cost in Valencia?
From €440/m² including systems renewal and standard finishes. Your exact figure is fixed in an itemised written contract before work starts — and it doesn't change without your written approval.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
It depends on the scope, so we don't quote one number for every home. What we promise: the written contract includes a work programme agreed before demolition, and you receive progress updates by message as each stage closes.
Can I live in the house during the works?
For full renovations we honestly recommend not — an empty home is faster, cheaper and cleaner to work in. Where staying is unavoidable, we phase the works by zone and agree the plan in writing before starting.
Who handles the plumbing, electrics and climate?
VELTORRA's own sister divisions — the renovation runs under one lead engineer who sequences those trades with our building and finishing crews, so the schedule holds and one person answers for all of it.
What if we change our minds mid-project?
Changes are priced in writing before they happen — you always decide with the number in front of you, and nothing is charged without your written approval. No surprise invoices, ever.
One contract. One engineer. One finished home.
Send photos, rough m² and your area — you'll get an itemised written estimate. No visits before you're ready, and no phone calls unless you ask for one.
