Home/Renovation Services/Demolition & Strip-out
Renovation · Demolition
Demolition and strip-out in Valencia — the tidy way to take a home apart.
Every good renovation starts with a controlled subtraction. Strip-out from €19/m² — surfaces down, services capped, rubble containered and the building's rules respected, so the rebuild starts on a clean, known slab.
In plain terms
A renovation is only as calm as its first week.
Demolition sets the mood of the whole project: whether the lift stays clean, whether the neighbours stay friendly, and whether surprises appear now — while they're cheap — or later, when they're not. We strip interiors in a planned sequence: protect, disconnect, remove, sort — and hand over a swept slab, photographed and ready for the trades.
Non-structural interiors, disposal included
Containered and cleared — never stored in the stairwell
Water and electrics isolated before the first blow

Kept vs removed, in writing
Doors, radiators, stone worth saving — listed and protected before the crew starts.
Legal disposal
Rubble goes to authorised containers and licensed recycling — documented.
Building rules respected
Hours, container permits and community requirements coordinated before day one.

Questions, answered
Demolition in Valencia — asked before the first blow.
How much does demolition cost in Valencia?
Interior strip-out from €19/m² for non-structural work, with rubble containers and licensed disposal included in the written figure. Structural openings are quoted separately with the engineering they require — always priced before, never discovered after.
Can you take out a load-bearing wall?
Not under a strip-out price — structural openings need calculation, permits and steel, and we quote them separately with proper engineering input. During the survey we tell you honestly which walls are structure and which are just partitions.
What happens to the rubble?
Bagged inside the flat, moved along protected routes, into authorised containers and on to licensed recycling and disposal — documented. Container placement on the street is coordinated as part of the job, so nothing sits in the stairwell overnight.
How do you keep dust out of the rest of the home and the building?
The work zone is sealed with plastic screening and taped doorways, cutting is damped, and lift, lobby and stair routes are lined before the first blow and cleaned daily. Working hours are agreed with the building — within Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00 and Sat 09:00–14:00.
Can you keep the doors, floors or radiators we like?
Yes — the written scope includes a kept-versus-removed list agreed before work starts. Items staying are protected in place or set aside carefully; everything else goes. Nothing you wanted disappears into a container.
Do we need a licence for a strip-out?
Most non-structural interior strip-outs run under a minor-works declaration; anything touching structure or the facade needs more. We confirm which applies to your project and prepare the paperwork through our Licences & Permits service before work starts.
Start with a clean, known slab.
Send photos and rough m² — you'll receive a fixed written figure for the strip-out, disposal included, and a start date the building can live with.
