The dedicated renovation division of VELTORRA, a Valencia home-engineering company. We renovate apartments, houses, bathrooms, kitchens and commercial spaces, and deliver every finishing and carpentry trade in between — with published starting prices, written quotations and a documented guarantee.
Do you have English-speaking builders in Valencia?
Yes — the company was built for Valencia's international residents. Your project runs in English, Spanish or Russian, and the conversation, the quote and the guarantee all arrive in your language, in writing.
Do you handle the licences and permits for a renovation?
Yes — Licences & Permits is one of our twenty services, from €890. We prepare, file and track the municipal paperwork before work starts, so the project is legal from day one.

Renovation prices in Valencia — how the money works.
How much does a renovation cost in Valencia?
Starting prices are published on every service page: apartment renovation from €390/m², full house renovation from €440/m², bathrooms from €4,490, kitchens from €5,890, painting from €9/m². The exact figure is fixed in writing before work starts.
What does 'from' mean in your prices?
The starting price for the baseline scope of each service, with standard materials. Your exact figure depends on the property and the finishes you choose — it is confirmed in an itemised written quotation before work begins.
Do you charge for an estimate?
A written estimate from photos, rough m² and a description is free, by message. For full renovations we carry out a measured survey before the figure is fixed, so the quotation can be honest.
Can the final invoice exceed the quote?
Not without your written approval first. If something unforeseeable appears behind a wall or under a floor, work pauses and you decide on the written revision before anything continues.
How the work runs
How a VELTORRA renovation runs — process and site management.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope, so we don't quote one number for every home. What we do promise: the written quotation includes a work schedule agreed before demolition starts, and you receive progress updates by message as each stage closes.
Can I run a renovation remotely, without being in Valencia?
Yes — many of our clients are abroad while we work. Everything starts and runs by message: the quote, the schedule, photo reports as rooms progress and the documented handover. One named lead engineer answers for the whole project.
Who does the plumbing and electrical work during a renovation?
VELTORRA's own sister divisions — plumbing, electrical and climate run inside the same schedule, under the same lead engineer. Everything they conceal is tested and photographed before tiles or plasterboard close it in.
How do you manage dust, noise and the neighbours?
Protection and clean routes are set up before demolition, debris leaves the building properly, and your community's rules on working hours are agreed in writing as part of the plan. A renovation shouldn't cost you your neighbours.

What are your working hours? Do you offer emergency call-outs?
We work Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Renovation is scheduled work, so we don't run a 24/7 emergency line — every visit is planned, confirmed in writing and kept.

What guarantee do you give on renovation work?
A documented workmanship guarantee in writing, alongside the manufacturers' warranties on materials and equipment. Responsibility doesn't end at handover.
What is the photo record of concealed work?
Dated photographs of everything that disappears behind the finishes — pipes, wiring and waterproofing recorded before tiling or closing. The record is handed over with your documentation, so the guarantee has evidence behind it.
