Is VELTORRA Reformas the same company as VELTORRA?
Yes — VELTORRA Reformas is the dedicated renovation division of VELTORRA, the Valencia home-engineering company. Same team standards, same contacts, same written-guarantee culture; this site simply goes deeper into renovation.
Do your builders really speak English?
Yes — the project runs in English end to end: survey, quote, site updates and guarantee. Spanish and Russian are equally native to the team, so nothing is lost between languages.
Who actually runs my renovation?
One named lead engineer — the jefe de obra — with responsibility for your project from survey to handover. Specialist crews join per trade as the schedule needs them, under the same lead.
Who does the plumbing, electrics and climate work?
VELTORRA's own sister divisions — the same company that runs the renovation. Your lead engineer coordinates them within one schedule, one quotation and one written guarantee.
Can I follow the renovation from abroad?
Yes — many of our clients are abroad while we work. Everything runs by message: the written quote, the schedule, photo reports as stages close and the dated record of concealed work before walls are tiled or closed.
