How much does a handyman visit cost in Valencia?
Visits start at €90 for a short list; longer lists are priced item by item as one written figure before we come. There is never an open hourly meter — the price you approve is the price you pay.
What counts as a small repair?
Furniture and shelf assembly, curtain rails, door and hinge adjustment, silicone renewal, minor plaster and paint touch-ups, sealing gaps, swapping handles and fittings. If an item on your list turns out to be bigger — a damp wall, a failing window — we say so honestly and quote it properly as its own job.
Do I need to be at home during the visit?
No — many of our clients are abroad. Access is arranged with your keyholder or agent, and you sign off against photos of the finished list. Everything, including the invoice, runs by message in English, Spanish or Russian.
Can you renew the silicone without redoing the bathroom?
Yes — old sealant stripped out, joints cleaned and dried, mould treated, and new sanitary silicone run in clean lines. If water is reaching behind the tiles, we tell you honestly: that's a waterproofing job, not a bead of silicone.
Will you fix snags left by another company?
Yes, without drama. Send the snag list with photos — scraping doors, cracked corners, missing sealant, crooked fittings — and each item comes back priced in writing. You decide which ones we close.
When can you come?
Visits are scheduled Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00 and Sat 09:00–14:00 — you get a date and we keep it. Small repairs are planned work, not emergency call-outs, which is exactly why one visit finishes the list.
