How much does plastering cost in Valencia?

Can old, uneven walls really be made flat?
Almost always — the question is method: re-skim, render and skim, or re-board. The straightedge and a few taps tell us which; you get the honest answer in writing before any quote.
What about damp walls?
Plastering over damp is burying a problem. We find the moisture source first — leak, rising damp or condensation — and fix causes before surfaces, with our waterproofing and damp treatment service where needed. It's slower and correct.
Do you use breathable lime plasters?
On old solid walls, yes — they let moisture migrate instead of trapping it. Modern gypsum where it suits; the wall's physics chooses, not fashion, and the specification comes in writing.
How soon can plastered walls be painted?
Fresh plaster needs its drying time, which varies with season and thickness — it's stated in your written programme rather than guessed. Rushing it is how new paint fails.
