Can you lay large-format tiles?
It's our favourite discipline — vacuum handling, back-buttering and lippage-control systems as standard. Formats up to 120×260 cm are routine with the right preparation.
Why do my current tiles sound hollow?
Missing adhesive contact — the classic rushed job. Hollow spots crack eventually; we test, then either re-fix locally or tell you honestly if the floor needs redoing.
Do you supply tiles or work with mine?
Both — we're happy setting stone you've fallen for, and our trade sources are open-book if you want options. Either way the setting spec comes in writing.
What happens under the tiles in wet zones?
Waterproofing goes down first, is checked and is photographed before a single tile covers it — the dated photo record is part of the VELTORRA Reformas standard, so what's behind your walls stays visible forever.
